Shipping Policy
For shipping addresses in the continental U.S., we ship UPS Ground or USPS, unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping options are available for orders shipping within the continental U.S.
Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO addresses, or a PO Box ship via the U.S. Postal Service.
International orders ship via UPS. Customers are responsible for all customs, duty, and import fees.
We ship from Boerne, TX in the heart of the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Depending on your location in the continental U.S., UPS Ground packages will reach you within 1-5 business days after shipping.
For U.S. Postal Service packages, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery in the continental U.S. and 7-14 business days for all other locations.
To receive a replacement for a missing/non-delivered package, you must contact us within 30 days from your order date.
Free Shipping Policy
Orders $50 and over before tax within the continental U.S. will ship free via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage.
Return Policy
Our products are guaranteed 100% against any defects in workmanship or materials for the life of the product, under normal use. Defective products will be repaired or replaced.
If you have a defective bag, please follow these steps to return it:
- Email sales@flyingcirclegear.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be processed without a valid Return Authorization Number.
- Pack your bag in a box, and include your name and shipping address.
- Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.
- Ship the box to:

Upon receipt of your bag at Flying Circle, we will repair it (if possible) or send you a replacement bag. Please allow 5-7 business days to process a repair, and 2-3 business days to process a replacement.
If we made an error on your order, such as shipping you the wrong product, or the wrong color, we will gladly pay for all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange. In other circumstances, the customer is responsible for outbound shipping costs via the shipping method of their choice to have the returned item sent to us; however, Flying Circle will cover the costs to have the repaired or replaced item shipped back to the customer.
